When it comes to the Super Bowl, the last thing you want is to have snacks that are super involved and keep you in the kitchen.
Last weekend, I was with a group of friends for game night. This munchy, delicious dish couldn’t be easier to prepare – I got up from playing Monopoly to throw it together really quickly, and didn’t miss my turn!
This recipe makes two plates worth of giant mounds of tater-totty goodness.
- 1 32 oz bag of frozen tater tots, cooked according to package instructions.
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Layer all ingredients over the cooked tots in the order listed.
