  1. Dice cucumber, red onion and tomato. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together thoroughly. Add salad dressing and mix well. For best results, allow to chill for at least two hours to allow the flavors to blend. Serve chilled.

You can easily make this a main course dish by adding chopped grilled chicken breast. Delicious!
